Application Process

Application Process

Step 1: Initial Interview

Once your application is shortlisted, you’ll be scheduled for a pre-screening initial interview with our recruitment team.

This is your opportunity to share your background, experience, and expectations.

Interview Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Platform: Zoom Meeting

Update Timeline: You should receive an update within 24 hours after your interview. Didn’t get a response? Follow up with our recruitment team.

Step 2: Application Form + Employment Agreement + Self-Highlight

If you pass the initial interview, you’ll be sent:

  • A detailed application form to fill out
  • An acknowledgement of the employment agreement
  • Self-Highlight Form Submission
  • Updated Resume (with exact start and end dates in MM/DD/YYYY format)
Submit these documents promptly to move forward. If not received, you’ll be removed from the Active Pool list.

Step 3: Panel Interview

If you pass the initial interview, you’ll be scheduled for a final panel interview with our Admin Team (panellists).

  • This is a no-assessment stage, so come fully prepared to present your skills, experience, and readiness.
  • After the panel interview, the panellists will review all candidates. Results are typically shared within 24 hours.
If no update is received within 24 hours, it is considered unsuccessful. You may request the re-application policy if you’d like to reapply.

Step 4: Bootcamp Training (For GVA & SMM Role ONLY)

After passing the panel interview, you’ll move on to the Bootcamp Training:

  • A 10-day paid training program.
  • Full-time attendance with no absences or tardiness
  • Active participation during sessions and group discussions
  • Client interviews scheduled during training
  • Matching with a client during the training period
This is a mandatory 10-day, allowance-paid training program where you'll receive the first week's allowance regardless of the outcome, but continuation to the second week and eligibility for the remaining allowance and client placement are contingent on your performance, attendance, and probationary assessment results during the initial 5 days.
